" يحق للعميل طلب استرجاع المبلغ المحجوز به، فقط قبل 48 ساعة من تاريخ الحجز الفعلي بعد استلامه لتنبيه ال48 ساعة الخاص بالحجز 

" لا يحق استرجاع المبلغ المحجوز في فترة اقل من 48  ساعة لموعد الحجز 

"يمكن للعميل طرح حجزه في قائمة الانتظار وفي حال شراء الحجز من عميل اخر واتمام الدفع كاملا يستحق استرجاع المبلغ المحجوز به فورا 

"The customer is entitled to request a refund of the reserved amount only uo to 48 hours prior to the actual reservation date, upon receiving the 48 hours reservation  notification."

"No refunds shall be granted for the reserved amount within less than 48 hours of the scheduled reservation time."

"The customer may place their reservation on the waiting list. In the event that another  customer purchases the reservation and the full payment is successfully processed, the original customer shall be entitled to an immediate refund of the reserved amount."
